QuestionQUESTION: hi there, my question is do i need to do more excerise. At work i am burning between 315-400 calories and walk at least 10000 steps ( i wear a pedometer). I am a caregiver so i am also lifting people. i am trying to lose a little weight mind you i am 130lbs and very healthy. 4 days a week i do circit training with cardio and weights. i eat 1600-1800 calories a day. do i need to do the circit training on days i work or am i burning enough? i will still do my workout on my days off but do i need to do it on days i work. thanx
ANSWER: Hi Ashley,
Thank you for your question.
You can do the circuit training on the days that you are off from work-you do not need to do it on the days that you are working.
Thank You,

QUESTION: thanx that helped a lot, i also wanted to know if burning 315-400 cals at work and doing my workout on days off, will that help me lose weight eating 1600-1800 cals a day? i get 2-3 days off so on one of those days i dont work out, just to take a break. Thanx
AnswerHi Ashley,
Yes-if you burn approx 300-400 cal per day working-watch what you eat and workout doing a circuit training routine-that will help you to lose weight.
But at 130 lbs-it sounds as if you are at a good weight already-you might just need to make sure that you are exercising regularly(using resistance training and cardiovascular training)and eating properly.
Make sure that when you are doing your circuit training workout-you are working all muscle groups.
If you want me to go over your exercise routine and let you know if it will help you to reach your fitness goals-feel free to send me your workout and I will check it out for you.
Thank You,
Bonnie
