Question
Hi
I got this at a garage sale.
Most reviews say its pretty good.
I dont have a tape so I am not to sure about technique.
One review said it is low impact and helps your back which is just what I am looking for.
I am getting a little bore of my treadmill ;-).
Also Kim, after a lot of experimentation, I have found that what works for me is this:
Cardio(treadmill, bike):10 minutes
10 reps of basic exercises(toe touches, pushups, windmills)
I am not trying to become a model just keep my heart and lungs fit and keep limber.Sorry-I dont like weights.
Can you suggest more bodyweight exercises I can do other than the ones mentioned above?
Thanks!

Answer
Hi Sue-
Thanks for the question, the Gazelle is a great piece of equipment that is much easier on your joints than the treadmill, but please use both for variety if the treadmill doesn't bother you.  As for body weight exercises, you can incorporate squats, lunges, situps, cross situps, scissor legs, outer/inner thigh lifts, and many other exercises if you are ok with using a band.  You don't like weights but have you tried an elastic band?  They are VERY affordable and versatile.  Let me know if you would like more help with this, I do offer online training and I would be happy to show you many other exercises (it is difficult to explain them all in a message).

I hope this helps Sue, thanks for the question.
