Question QUESTION: i am 25 yr girl,i am 5 feet 2 inches mean 5.2 n my weight is 57 kg.how can i lose weight guide me,i be very thankful.
ANSWER: Hi,
Without knowing more about you, it's not possible to offer specific suggestions. The best way to lose weight is a combination of two things: consume less calories and become more physically active. By eating a little bit less and/or eating healthier food and burning calories with exercise and physical activity, you will eventually lose excess weight.
Hope this helps.

QUESTION: hi,i want that you guide me about my diet n advice me exercises which i follow.i have treadmill at home but no idea for how much time i walk on it.which other exercises which i can do at home.by profession i am doctor,i am from pakistan.hope you help me.i be waiting for your reply.thank you for considering my mail.take care
Answer Start at a pace that you can walk for 10-15 minutes a day. Each week increase the amount of time by 2 - 5 minutes. When you're able to complete about 45 minutes of continuous walking, try to increase the speed in which you walk, but very gradually. You may not walk as long of a time, but that's okay if you're walking a bit faster.
Hope this helps.
