Question
hi,im 17and quite thin, but i dont like my thighs/upper legs ! is there something i can do to make them thinner??especialy my inner thighs??? what exercises do you recomend?? I ve heard that joggin isnt good...

Hi Anna,

Always consult with your medical doctor before starting and/or changing your exercise program.
Hire a certified personal fitness trainer to work with you to help you achieve your goals.The best exercises are the ones that you like and can do without getting help. It's up to you if you want to jog, walk or take an aerobics class but make sure that it's includes some type of resistance training exercises and stretching.
