Question
Hey my name is lisbeth and my height is 5.3, I am 15 years old and I weight 140 pounds, my question is, how much should I weight if i'm 5.3 of height and only 15 years old?

2. Question
How could I make it to loss the extra fat I have and have the weight that I Suppose to have?

Answer
Hi Lisbeth-
If you lose fat, you will inherently lose weight.  Fatty tissues and fat deposits are just a part of your overall body composition so if you lose some of it, then your weight will go down.

BMI (body mass index) is an indicator that health professionals use to help determine if you are overweight.  Your BMI is 24.3 which is considered a healthy weight.  Anything higher than 24.9 is considered overweight.  At 15 years old, you should not be overly concerned since it is likely that you will shed some of that weight if you stay active.

Thanks again for the question!
