Question
 If I practice holding my breadth will it improve my aerobic lung capacity and improve my endurance.

Answer
It will improve your ability to hold your breadth, but it won't improve your aerobic endurance.  You need to do aerobic exercise to improve your [performance] endurance.  I wish you could just hold your breadth and it would improve your lung capacity to improve your endurance, but that capacity is pretty much set.
