Question
Hi jones, My age is 24. I'm doing outdoor cycling for 40 minutes in the morning and body weight exercises or dancing for 40 minutes in the evening. In addition to that I'm keeping myself physically active throughout the day. Is it ok to do exercises both in the morning and evening?

Answer
Hi Gowri,

It's OK to splint up your workout routine. I have done workouts all in the morning, all in the afternoon, all in the evening and I have splint. Workout when you want to. I do. The main important is that the types of exercises are OK with your medical doctor and that you do the exercises that are appropraiate for your goals and medical/physical background.

Take care,
Michele
