Question
hi i have a different question. im starting to do alot of working out to lose weight and ive lost 10 pounds so far about. but when i do certain exercises like kicking and knee rases and leg raises i can hear anf feel clicking and poping and grinding type sounds in my hip area when i kick. will this go away.

Thank you for your question.
I apologize for taking a few days to answer-but I was out of town.
There could be a variety of reasons why you hear a clicking and popping sound in your hip area when you kick.Usually it does not cause a problem-but if it hurts you-you need to go see a doctor.
Generally this happens when someone first starts a fitness program-and will usually go away with time.
