Question
Hi, I left running and exercising for no particular reason almost 2 months ago. Those days I used to run almost 4 km or 28-30 minutes a day and do 100+ pushups, and situps in different sets a day. Now I want to start again but I don't know if I should start again from where I left or gradually get to there first and then continue. What do you say?

Answer
You could start with where you left off.  But you might not walk for a few days afterwards - you might be quite sore.  So that's not really a good idea. It's more sensible to gradually work your way back up there, and there is less risk of injury from overdoing it since you haven't been active for a while.
Glad you want to get back to it!  Ease on into it - it's more comfortable that way, too.
