Question
Hi. I have a question about toning certain areas of the body. I just want to trim my thighs, tone and flatten my stomach a little, but I don't want to lose weight in my bust area. I'm slender already, but there are some areas that could use a little tightening, so are there exercises I can do that won't affect the size of my bust? Thanks

Answer
Hi Danielle-
It sounds like you are interested in 'spot training' which unfortunately doesn't exist.  When you start toning up and losing weight, it will be a whole body transformation and there is no way to control what part of your body will get smaller.  However, your breast tissue is just that-tissue.  So unless you are very large busted, your breasts will likely stay the same size.

You can definitely flatten your tummy and trim your thighs by doing a combination of cardiovascular exercises and strength training as long as you do them consistently.

I hope this helps, thanks for the question.
