Question
I was wondering approx how many calories I would burn during "The Biggest Loser Cardio Max" doing level 2 and 3 with jillian and Kim.  I am a 20 yr old female, 5'5, 133 lbs with a medium build and with quite a bit of muscle.  my body fat is only 16% as well.  Thanx!

Answer
Hi.
Glad you're motivated to workout.
I'm not familiar with the content of the DVD.  Even if I knew the program, I (or anyone else) wouldn't be able to tell you an accurate caloric burn because it depends on the effort you put into your workout.  You can measure your heart rate while you do the workout, note the amount of time your heart rate stays elevated, and then look on a caloric burn chart for cardio workouts for 20 year-old females weighing 130-135 pounds. As long as your heart rate (intensity) stays elevated in a specific training range, caloric burn per minute is similar between activities (mode).
