Answer
Hi Noshaba-
Based on your metrics, your BMI is 22.3 which is perfectly normal.  Your ideal weight is one that you define but is still considered healthy.  If you want to lose 10 lbs for example, your BMI would then be 20.5 which is still normal.  A normal BMI falls between 18.5-24.9.

As for exercises, any cardiovascular activity that you enjoy will be just fine.  For example, brisk walking, jogging, jump roping, low or high impact aerobics, dancing or jumping jacks to name a few.  Consistent activity will help you reduce your body fat and help reduce your weight.  Incorporate strength training to tone your muscles and help increase your metabolism.  Try to choose activities you enjoy doing so that you will stick with them.  If you are healthy, doing cardiovascular activities for 30-45 minutes 4-5 days a week will help you see results, as well as watching your calorie intake.
