QUESTION: Hi Ken, need your help out here, im 5'10 and around 75kgs, i have a lean body with v.less fat all over, my pain is my tummy.

It protrudes like a rubberband, i dont have fat there, just tat it expands like a baloon filled with air, this is progressively increasing, please help me with some exercises to find a solution..

ANSWER: Hi,
Need a lot more information to be able to offer any kind of suggestion.  How old are you?  Male or female?  Have you been physically active?  If so, what have you done and what are you doing? How is your diet?

If your waistline in expanding, it is fat, meaning you are taking in more calories than you are expending.  But you could also be doing some core exercises to strengthen the muscles that hold your mid-section together and keep the lower abdominal area from bulging out.

You should consider getting together with a qualified trainer in your area, at least for a session or two to set you up.  It's worth it if you're serious about changing your physique.

Hi Ray,

You likely need to be doing transverse abdominis strengthening exercises.  You'd be best off finding a qualified trainer at your gym to show you these exercises, as they are not easy to instruct in writing.  It's a matter of sucking in your gut, like you're trying to button pants that are little too tight around the waist.
