Aerobics/What exercises should I do?

Question
Hello. I injured my knee some months ago, spraining and slightly tearing my ACL. I still have some problems with it, though, so I was wondering what exercises I can do that won't put a huge strain on my knee. Are there any I should especially avoid?

Answer
Hi Cayla,
Thank you for your question.
Even with an injured knee-you can do squats and lunges-but you need to have either a doctor or physical therapist work with you on your range of motion and making sure that you are doing the exercises correctly. If you have a trainer currently-they should be able to consult with your DR or therapist to get a list of exercises that you can do without injuring your knee further.
Good Luck,
Thank You,
Bonnie
