Aerobics/Foot Numbness-Running

Question
My foot keeps going numb when I go jogging.  I have tried loosening my shoestrings, tightening my shoestrings, wearing thin socks, wearing no socks, but nothing has worked.  My foot normally goes numb after running for one mile.  Then I walk a little to make it go away, I begin to run again, and then it becomes numb again.  Any suggestions?

Answer
Hi Ryan,
Unfortunately,I do not know what you should do to stop your feet from going numb when you run.
When my foot goes numb during cardio-it goes away when I loosen my shoestrings.
Are your shoes too tight-that could be a possible reason.
Thank You,
Bonnie
