Question
"Hi, I am shopping for new shoes.. I work out atleast 5-6 times a week. I do mainly step classes, weight training, Bosu stability ball and kickboxing. Can you please suggest a good pair of shoes.. what should I be looking for. I have no knee problems but my feet have started hurting after I workout. Thanks!"

Answer
Hi Arch,
I suggest that you go to a store like Sports Authority or Dicks Sporting Goods and get your shoes there. They have people there who can help you to find the right kinds of shoes based upon your activity level-whether you have hi arches, low arches , or if your feet turn in or turn out.
Good Luck,
Thank You,
Bonnie
