Question
Hi, I delivered a baby 7 mnths ago.. i want to lose that tummy fat below my waist line.. how do i do that.. i also want to lose fat over my arms biceps...

Answer
It seems logical to want exercises for your biceps and lower belly.  But that's not the case. To lose excess fat on the body, no matter where it is, you have to expend more calories than you take in. You can cut back on your caloric intake, get more physically active, or preferably, both.  All forms of activity add up, so try to be as active as you can (walk whenever you can for as far as you can, etc.)  Over time, if you burn more calories than you take in, you'll see a reduction in the amount of fat on your body.

Hope this helps.
