Question
i am 5 10 and my weight is about 143 pouns. i wna keep my weight except reducing butts , plz tell me the best exercises so that i can tone my lose belly , and rest of the body  , i just know lunges. which one u say are the best for me

Hello Kenny,

First let me start by telling you that you can not spot reduce areas of the body. When you burn fat you can't localize that to just burning belly fat. The best exercise for fat burning is aerobic exercise like walking, riding a bike, aerobics classes, etc. You also need to do weight training to build endurance and tone the muscle. Muscle mass helps boost your metabolism and can aid in fat loss. Don't just plan on doing core exercises; rather focus on large muscle groups such as your chest/back, legs, as well as your core.
