Question
i am 5 10 and have 34 waist. i have huge butts and belly .i wna loss all that fat, for that which exercise suits me and how should i start the exercise. i am very lazy .
being lazy i have a difficulty in warming up. give me some tips how to warm up faster

Hi Ken,

Before starting an exercise program, please consult with your medical doctor. Then looking for a degree and certified personal fitness trainer to help you set safe goals and create a workout program. A warm up should be about 8-12 minutes and should include rhymthmical movements just as easy walking with static (holding) mild stretching. A warm is very important ans should notbe fast or too short. The purpose is to prepare the body for a workout and to reduce the chance of injury.
