Question
my problem is that i have a busy shedule and all my day goes on sitting on a chair.
my belly is bulging day by day ,
plz tell me what should i do , if i exercise only 20 mins will that be enough twice a week ,and which exercise will suite me

I know everyone has a busy schedule but you should always put your health first.
When you sit, do it with proper postures. Consult with your doctor before and/or changing your exercise program. According to www.acsm.org, healthy adults should do aerobic activity such as walking for a minimum of 20 minutes, a minimum of 3 days and about an intensity of 60-85% of your maximum heart rate. Hire a certified personal fitness trainer to help you with specific goals. Make sure that any type of activities that you choose to participate in is fun,safe and appropriate for your physical and medical background. Always include a warm up and final cool down statci stretch.
