Question
i do cardio exercise for 20 mins 3 times a week and i dont use the weights.  is that ok........

2ndly if i want to exercise 2 times a day one in the morning and then at the evening will that be good. or i should be doing yoga in the morning and cardio at the evening.

what do u suggest ..and plz tell me whats the best time to exercise if i wna keep fit and remove some fat from my body.

Hi Ken,
You should be doing both cardio exercises and resistance training exercises.
You only need to exercise once per day-4-5 times per week.
It does not matter what time of day that you exercise only that you have a well rounded exercise program incorporating:
resistance trainig-making sure to work all body parts
cardiovascular training
and adhering to a proper nutrition program:
plenty of protein and carbohydrates-less fat and sodium.
