Answer
Hi Rosetta,
You can do a 4 day a week workout at the gym to get back into shape.
2 days upper body and 2 days lower body.
upper body exerises can include:
bicep curl
tricep pressdown
chest press
lat pulldown
row
lower body exercises can include:
leg press
calf press
leg extension
leg curl
squat
lunge
Abdominal exercises can include:
crunch
leg lift
scissor kick
bicycle.
You can either ask a trainer at the gym to show you how to do these exercises or you can look them up on youtube.com.
You also should be eating more protein and carbs-less fat and sodium.
Drink plenty of water each day.
Thank you,
Bonnie
