Aerobics/Gross Problem

Question
Whenever I work out pretty hard (running specifically) I get a really sniffly nose, and a ton of mucus in my throat.  I wouldn't really say that this makes it harder to breathe, but all the mucus clogs up my throat and sort of makes me gag.  Needless to say it's totally disgusting and uncomfortable -- is this normal and what can I do to get rid of it?

Answer
Hi Emily,
Honestly,I have never heard of this condition before.
I think that you should go see a Ear,Nose and Throat doctor to see what is causing you to have this problem and what treatment is available to get rid of it.
Good Luck,
Thank You,
Bonnie
