Question
HI:Is it ok to nap after exercising?
thanks

Answer
Hi Larry,

It's OK to nap after exercising or whenever you are tired. If you are extremely exhausting after exercising than maybe your exercise program is too much. For the most part, most people feel energetic after exercising. Consult with your medical doctor regarding your exercise program and your eating habits.

Take care,
