Question
Is it healthy to do 30 minutes fast walking and then stretching, with some weight training on some days, every single day?  Or is it necessary to have a day off?  Can it be harmful to the body not to rest at least once a week?

Answer
Hi Claire,
Thank you for your question.
You can do some form of exercise everyday-swimming-walking-stretching-cycling-etc.
You do not want to do weight training everyday-you should rest about 48 hours between exercise sessions.
You can do different exercises each day so that you won't get bored.
Thank You,
Bonnie
