Question
i wna create a beach look body. which aerobics will help me .
my most day goes in siiting on the chair and my stomach is bulging day by day . can i get a beach look doing arerobics

Hello Kel,

You need to do both cardio exercises such as walking/jogging, an elliptical trainer, etc. and strength training. It would be hard to suggest exact exercises without talking with you more. But to answer your primary question you need to incorporate both strength and cardio.
