Aerobics/need help on aerobic and anaerobic

Question
I was really looking a master like you, who can help me realize some things and tell me about a program which I would benefit from it. I'm a soccer player 18 year old, I'm 185cm tall and 68kg.

As you know being a soccer player requires a lot stamina, and I would like to enhance the both aerobic and anaerobic condition. Because when I do a lot of 60 meters flat out sprints sometimes 100 meters I cannot run back to my position and it takes time till I recover. So, how can I improve both by combining or first aerobic and then anaerobic?

2. Is it possible to run full sprint for 1 min? As I heard once that someone can do it? I wonder if I could gain that kind of fitness level.

Lastly which one is the easiest way to test my fitness (aerobic and anaerobic level?)

Hi Korab,
As far as I know-it is very hard to run a full sprint for 1 minute-most people can run a full sprint for no longer that 30 seconds.
You can improve your stamina by running sprints of different distances and checking your recovery time.You need to keep doing sprints-practice makes perfect.The more times that you run sprints-the faster you will recover.
The easiest ways to test your fitness is to run sprints and keep track your how long it takes you to recover-you will find that with practice-your recovery times will be shorter.
