Question
I was really looking a master like you, who can help me realize some things and tell me about a program which I would benefit from it. I'm a soccer player 18 year old, I'm 185cm tall and 68kg.

As you know being a soccer player requires a lot stamina, and I would like to enhance the both aerobic and anaerobic condition. Because when I do a lot of 60 meters flat out sprints sometimes 100 meters I cannot run back to my position and it takes time till I recover. So, how can I improve both by combining or first aerobic and then anaerobic?

2. Is it possible to run full sprint for 1 min? As I heard once that someone can do it? I wonder if I could gain that kind of fitness level.

Lastly which one is the easiest way to test my fitness (aerobic and anaerobic level?)
I would appreciate your soon reply

Answer
Hi Gendron,

I'm not an expert on Soccer but I had the opportunity to learn about it college. It was fun and hard because it's not my sport. Dance is my sport.

For anything to be possible, I recommend that you contact a Soccer Coach to help you to do a sports specific training to help you become a better athletic. How you train is very important.
Get a recommendation through your medical doctor to find a sports registered dietitian to help fuel your body for performance.

Find an exercise physiologist (someone who has a master's degree in exercise science) who can test you on both your aerobic and anaerobic level. I was tested on both of these test and both kind be hard. Remember, the tests are pushing you to your max. As an athletic, I suggest that do both.
