Question
I am a Venezuelan, 46 years man, 1.93 high, 118 kg. I would like to become a Greek statue but I do like to run. Is it possible to be in a good shape without aerobic exorcise.

Answer
Hello Auripol-
You should definitely continue to do aerobic-type exercise as it will help condition your heart and help improve your fitness level. You will have a hard time staying in shape without cardiovascular exercise. You should also incorporate some strength training in your routine to improve muscle tone and increase muscle size if that is what you would like to do.  Running is great cardiovascular exercise that you should continue to do to help maintain and even improve your fitness level.

I hope this helps, thanks for the question.
