Answer There are a lot of exercises and workout programs that can help transform your body. Because of your age and medical condition, you should exercise under the supervision of a qualified professional. Without knowing more about you, unfortunately I (or anyone else) can't provide you with an exercise program that is effective yet safe for you to do. You may have to re-think your goal of being a model until you're a little older and can get yourself proper supervision for physical training. Glad you're motivated to do something. Just have to find the right things for you, and that takes a professional in-person approach.
