Hi I am 23 years old ht. 157 and wt 63.1 kg. I don't look fat expect i feel my back looks bulge and tummy area. I have joined a fitness center where i do cardio , sides and cores exercise and abs and back exercise. Please suggest me will this help to reduce my back and tummy.

Hi Sujitha,
Some good exercises for your abdominal area are:
crunches
bycycles
side bends
torso twists
Back exercises include:
lat pulldown
row
one arm row.
Make sure that you are doing exercises for all body parts.
Your nutrition is very important:
more carbs and protein--less fat and sodium.
Drink plenty of water every day.
