Question
QUESTION: Hi, could you please suggest some exercises to completely get rid of chest fat.
I don't want to build muscle in that area(with push ups and etc) as most people suggest me to do, I want to burn the fat in that area.
so please suggest some exercises
Thank you

ANSWER: Unfortunately you can not "spot train" where you want to reduce fat. Aerobic exercise burns fat and strength training helps increase your metabolism. The more lean mass you have the more efficient your body is at burning calories. If you do light weight such as body weight and high repetition you would be working more on muscular endurance and not muscle building. Other than doing muscular endurance exercises for your chest such as push-ups, there isn't a lot you can do to just burn fat in your chest.

QUESTION: That's what I've been doing, these past three months, I've lost 13 lbs, I see change all over my body except the chest area, in fact now that I've lost weight, my chest 'looks' more big.
can you suggest some exercises or link to any help in that area.
this would be a lot of  help
thanks

Answer
I'm not sure what you mean by it looks bigger. If you have lost fat in that area and you have been participating in strength training you will have more muscle mass. Although,I can't say that I completely understand what you are asking. I am not aware of any exercises to spot reduce fat in a particular area. Unfortunately I don't think I have the answer you are looking for.
