Question
I am 4' 10 with a petite frame.  I would like to focus on a program that will tone my body and increase my flexibility.  Can you suggest any exercises or classes that can help me?  Also I have been looking at DVDs and am wondering if I should focus on one DVD for a while or can I change it up?

Hi Dina,
Glad you're motivated to exercise.  Without knowing anything about you, I'm unable to suggest exercises or classes for you.  It would be a shot in the dark if any suggestion is appropriate for you or something you would like.  You can certainly change up your program - usually that is a good idea for variety and to stay motivated.  Rent DVDs to see which ones you enjoy doing which will help you towards your goals.
