Question
hello sir.My age is 27 years. My waist size is 42 inches .6 years ago my waist was 34 inches. I have my waist back to 34 inches.i am doing aerobics exercise for 5 days in week. should i do sit-ups and crunches to reduce my waist size. or first i have to burn all my fat from my tummy area with aerobics

Answer
The simple answer to your question is that you should definitely be doing both cardio and strength training which includes situps and crunches which will help tone your muscles so that when you do reduce the fatty tissue around your waist, you will be able to feel (and hopefully see) definition in your midsection.  Keep doing the cardio; as you know, it will burn the excess fat.

Thanks for the question.
