Question
Hi, how are you? I need help on an exercise for my stomach. I was on birth control and I gained a lot of weight and it was mostly in that area. I am sure it's going to be hard to loose weight in that area but can you please help me? My arms and legs are fine.

Answer
Hi Shari-
Losing weight in the abdominal area can be challenging but it can also be accomplished.  Make sure that you are getting enough cardiovascular exercise in most days of the week for about 30 minutes or so each time.  This will help you get rid of excess fatty tissue in your abdominal area (and other areas too since there is no way to really choose where the fat will come off).  Be sure to incorporate abdominal specific exercises into your routine too like crunches, situps, etc.  If you feel like you would like more help in this area, let me know as I do offer online and phone coaching.

I hope this helps, thanks for the question!
