Question
Hello there, Im curious about to know which excersice is better for building muscles in the whole body, or at least most of the body.
I've heard that swimming is the perfect excersice because it puts to work almost all of the muscles.
What do you think about combining swimming excersice with gym? Is it bad for the body? or it helps to build muscles better and faster?
That's all for now. I hope you can help me. I really appreciate it.

Answer
It depends on a few things.  Without knowing anything about you, I'm unable to give you an accurate response.  If you haven't been working out, swimming is very good, though the amount of muscle you build from it will plateau fairly quickly.  To build more muscle, you need to do resistance training to put greater stress on your muscles.  Doing both is a very good exercise program.

Hope this helps.
