Answer
Hi Junaid-
That is great that you are exercising everyday, keep up the good work!  I'm wondering if you would be able to increase the distance just a little, to 2 km (if you don't have any joint or muscle limitations)?  This would help burn more fat.  The abdominal exercises are great for toning up your stomach muscles, but the cardiovascular exercise (jogging) and proper nutrition is what will help get rid of the excess fat.  So be sure you are eating plenty of fruits and vegetables and watch your fat and calorie intake.  This should help you if you do this consistently for at least a couple of months and then try to increase your distance a little and even add different cardiovascular exercises to your routine.

I hope this helps, thanks for the question!
