Question
So I've been working out every day for a while now. And my stomach area has gotten a bit smaller...
but my thighs are still sorta big. They haven't changed any. Is there something to do that would go specifically to getting rid of love handles and toning up or reducing the size of my thighs??? thanks!!!

Answer
Hi Veronica, Good job with your stomach area!  Any cardiovascular exercise that you choose to do including (like running, swimming, hiking, biking etc) is good for reducing body fat, however you cannot control where the fat will come from.  Usually, you will lose fat all over (including your thighs and love handles).  Stick with a healthy diet, cardiovascular exercise several days/week and you should start seeing results all over your body.  Of course, nothing happens overnight, so give it at least a couple of months to see results.

I do offer online personal training if you are interested.  I hope this helps, thanks for the question!
