Hello, i am 21 years old and I want to tone my midsection a bit more but dont have the fancy equipment.  Im wondering if I do 100-150 situps a day if this will help?   I do have 2 five lb weights as well.  How long do you think until I will notice a difference?  I also do cardio 7 days a week for about 40 min.

Thank you for your question.
Sit ups are not a good exercise to do-they are bad for your back-crunches are better.
Crunches and other abdominal exercises will help to tone your midsection-but your nutrition is also important.
You should be eating more carbs and protein-less fat and sodium-also drink plenty of water each day.
Each person varies on how long it takes for them to notice a difference.
You should do a variety of ab exercises:
crunches
leg lifts
bicycles
torso twists,etc.
