Aerobics/feeling light headed

Question
Hi Bonnie

I have this problem of getting light headed after sometimes 15 min,
sometimes 1 hour of aerobic training.    I don't have heart problem nor do am
I hypoglycemic. ( went and did some test )    This is very frustrating to me
because as soon as I push myself harder, I feel light headed and need to stop.
I don't feel tired or anything but seems like my blood flow to the brain is not
strong enough.   I do have cold hands afterwards and sometimes tingling in
my fingers.   Does some of your students experience this condition?

Thanks

Answer
Hi Harvey,
Thank you for your question.
I do not usually have clients who get lighted after a workout-usually when it happens the reason is that they did not eat breakfast before our session.
I am not sure what could be the cause of you getting light headed, cold hands and tingling fingers after aerobic exercise.
Make sure that you stay hydrated-this could be a reason.Otherwise-you might need a full check up from your doctor.
Thank you,
Good Luck,
Bonnie
