| Comment | Hi Ken- I took your suggestion and did some research to find sneakers that might work for dancing. I went out and bought a pair of Nike "Free Training Fit" sneakers. They're very lightweight and flexible- I LOVE them! The carpeting IS over concrete so I'm sure the support was really needed. I'm just a bit confused when you advice strength training instead of dancing. Won't the physical demands of my job as well as the dancing, eventually build up leg muscle? I don't really understand dropping one thing to another form of exercise. I know I should probably take a break from the dancing- but I can't help it. It's a passion of mine. I appreciate your kind time and help with this Ken. Have a shpadoinkle day! Susie | ||
