Question
i am 143lbs and about 5.7ft. i want to have a slimmer stomach. what should I do. I've been hearing about cardio but i really don't understand what it means or what exercises are cardio. my tummy isn't so protruded but i want it to be slimmer so there are no curves forming when i sit or squat or bend over. thanks

Cardio is considered any exercise that uses an aerobic pathway for energy. These would be exercises such as walking, running, riding a bike, using an elliptical trainer, taking an aerobics class, etc.. Along with your cardiovascular/aerobic exercise you will need to perform some core strength training such as crunches and lower back exercises. Hope this helps.
