Question
pls i weigh 105kg at the moment and i am 6ft plus. i cant cope with the aerobics, will walking on the treadmill and sit ups make me lose the tummy fat and also lose weight.

Answer
Yes walking on the treadmill (or any other form of cardiovascular exercise) will help you lose excess fat all over your body (not just tummy) and ultimately help you lose weight.  Of course you need to make sure you are doing it long enough and often enough and eating a balanced diet.  Sit ups will help tone the abdominal muscles.

I hope this helps, thanks for the question.
