Question
Hello Ken

I 'll like to know is jump rope/skipping bad for the legs, knees etc...

Thank you

Chan

Answer
Without knowing anything about you or what your exercise history is, it's not possible to give you a precise answer. Jump rope is not bad for the legs or knees.  However, if you already have problems with your knees, it may not be a good thing to do. If you don't have any knee problems, it should be fine to do under the right circumstance... good shoes, good surface, good technique when jumping.  Gradual progression is also a good idea if jump roping is new for you.
Hope this helps.
