Question
My wife, 28 years old, 5'7", and 110 lbs has been running now for 2 years to get fit.  She is now a little to skinny up top but she is still not satisfied with her bottom half.  She describes her body as anorexic up top and flabby below the waist.  What can she do to lose the the flab below the waist and not be so skinny up top?

Answer
Hi Matthew,
Some lowerbody exercises:
squats
walking lunges
lateral steps
stationary lunges.
Some upperbody exersises:
bicep curls
chest press
tricep overhead extensions
shrugs
lateral raises
row.
To reduce excess fat-more repititions with less weight,
3-4 sets of 12-15 repititions.
to increase mass-more weight with less repititions
2-3 sets of 8-10 repititions.
Thank you ,
Lisa
