Question
How long does it take to lose the muscle toning you gained if you stop working out for a couple of months.

Answer
You start to lose it in about one week if you don't keep it up.  Depending on how long you've been doing it for, you can lose most of it within a few weeks to a couple of months. Remember, you just START to lose it within a week, you don't lose it all in a week. But if you stop doing strength/toning exercise, you eventually lose all the gains you've made. When you start back, you will make gains faster though, than if you hadn't been doing it before. So that's the one good thing to report on!
