Question Hello! I'm 14, I weigh 95.5 pounds and i am 4 feet, 11 inches tall. I have this "chub" around my lower tummy. Sort of like this lump at my belly-button area. My mission is to obtain a flat stomach and maybe a little "ab"tasticness. I have been eating in smaller portions and exercising regularly for about a week and a half now and I eat healthily anyway. My family is very organic and local. So far I have lost 1.5 pounds. YAY. I'm just really looking for a flat stomach for the summer. If I continue my regimen, how long to you presume I will have my flat stomach? Could you give me some tips and suggestions on how to lose my chub effectively and quickly? Thank you so much!!!!!

I (or anyone else) can't say hnow long it will be before you have a flat stomach. I don't anything about you, your eating habits, your activity levels, your lifestyle, or what your body looks like currently. Stay active or become more active to burn excess body fat. Continue you watch what you eat. There are no secrets to losing excess fat quickly. It is a matter of burning more calories than you are taking in. I wouldn't even be concerned about a little excess fat as long as you're physically active. That is what counts the most.
