hi
my daughter is now 19 month,i had c-section delivery,still my tummy looks like a pregnent women.so please advise me what to do.

There are two things you should do.  First, increase the amount of physical activity you do most every day.  The more movement you do, the more calories you use, and excess weight is excess calories. For example, walk a little further than you normally do when doing errands. Take stairs instead of elevators or escalators - yes it's harder, but that is how you burn up extra fat on the body.

Also, reduce or eliminate a little bit of something from your diet that is easy to manage. By reducing calories you consume, you also help to lose extra weight.  Give yourself a generous time frame to lose the weight.

Abdominal exercises will help strengthen the muscles in your midsection, and that will help tone the muscles in the area.  Because you had a c-section, it will be somewhat harder to achieve optimal muscle tone you once had, but you can certainly improve it from what it is now.
