hi
my daughter is now 19 month,i had c-section delivery,still my tummy looks like a pregnent women.so please advise me what to do.

Hi Shridevi, you should start doing cardiovascular exercise in order to get rid of excess belly fat.  Any type of cardio will do:  Cycling, walking, running, jumproping, skating, basketball, soccer, etc.  Try to do it at least 3 days a week and work your way up to 5.  This will help you burn calories and get rid of the unwanted fatty tissue.
