Aerobics/daily exercise

Question
I was always told that it is healthy to exercise on a daily basis. I was wondering if walking can be considered a form of exercise. For instance, if I go on 90 minute walks everyday, does that provide me with a sufficient amount of exercise?

Thanks!

Answer
Hi Joe, ABSOLUTELY!  That is great exercise.  If you want to challenge yourself more on your walks, consider using light wrist or hand weights while you walk or add some resistance exercises such as squats or lunges along the way.

Hope that helps!  Thanks for the question.
